Cottesloe Beach Chalets is situated on the coast, located almost midway between the Perth CBD and the historic City of Fremantle, both locations are easily accessible by either bus or train. Additionally minutes away you will find a golf course, tennis court, cafes, coffee shops and historical gardens.

If you get tired of relaxing, you can venture into the exclusive shopping precinct of Claremont’s Bayview Terrace where you will find all the top labels in fashion and accessories.

A children’s outdoor playground is situated just metres from the chalets and is located with great beach views.
If you like surfing, kitesurfing or windsurfing is one of the many things to do in Cottesloe Beach.
At night you can stroll or picnic on the beach or enjoy a dining experience with a magnificent sunset.

  • History of Cottesloe

    The Cottesloe Pylon was built in 1935. Originally there was three pylons, but after a powerful storm only one survived. The iconic Indiana Teahouse was built in 1910.
    There is also the Civic Centre (built in 1899) which has public BBQs and a beautiful garden perfect for picnics all facing the Indian Ocean.
    Another Cottesloe feature are the big Norfolk Island Pines trees , in 1915 were purchased to decorate Cottesloe streets.

    If you feel like going to Fremantle there are a lot of things to do there including take a boat trip to beautiful Rottnest Island with its sparkling white sand beaches and famous quokkas ... or you can stay close to Cottesloe Beach Chalets and enjoy the sun and surf of the beach. Swimming, surfing, fishing and long walks on the beach at sunset are yours free to take pleasure in.
