Chalet features
The Cottesloe Pylon was built in 1935. Originally there was three pylons, but after a powerful storm only one survived. The iconic Indiana Teahouse was built in 1910.
There is also the Civic Centre (built in 1899) which has public BBQs and a beautiful garden perfect for picnics all facing the Indian Ocean.
Another Cottesloe feature are the big Norfolk Island Pines trees , in 1915 were purchased to decorate Cottesloe streets.
